Seasiders ready for the challenge
Seasiders Manager Stuart Boardley spoke to our media team as he continues to prepare for Saturday’s top of the table clash at Lowestoft Town. “We had two good training sessions this week where on Tuesday we’ve concentrated on recovery from last weeks game, and then last night have prepped well for tomorrow’s game, so we are ready, we have a few players back available and into the squad which is great news. The suspension of Zak Brown and Stuart Ainsley is a blow to us but nevertheless we have prepped well and we are all looking forward to the game, all the players have been for a number of weeks now, but as I said the other day, it is only one game and only for three points so we won’t get carried away whichever way the result goes. It’s important we keep our feet on the ground, treat it like any other game, go there and perform, and I expect us to perform better than we did perhaps at Grays and Sudbury in those big games. It’s a case of us taking it as a normal game, playing the game rather than the occasion.”
