Globex Freight Management to sponsor new scoreboard.

The Seasiders are delighted to announce a 3 year sponsorship deal with Globex Freight Management which will see the installation of a digital scoreboard at the Goldstar Ground.

Announcing the deal, Chris Daynes - Co-Chairman at Felixstowe & Walton United - said "We have a continuous plan for improvements to the ground and this close season is no exception with a number of projects due to be completed to further enhance the aesthetics and the spectator experience at the stadium. The scoreboard is the first new project to be revealed, each one funded entirely by sponsorship, thus protecting existing club budgets and the future 3G development fund. Globex have a long history of supporting the football club and jumped at the chance to sponsor the scoreboard and we offer our grateful thanks to Andy and his team for helping us bring the project to fruition. I can't wait to see the scoreboard in position, surrounded by the Globex brand!".

It is hoped the scoreboard (mock image below) will be installed in time for the Isthmian League kick off on 13th August.
